Refund policy
If we made an error on our end, or if there is a flaw or damage to the product itself, we will offer a full refund or replacement item. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once we receive customer's final design approval if there are no flaws or damage to the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
